ERASMUS+ «DSinGIS: Geoinformatika sohasida doktorantura» loyihasining STIPENDIYA DASTURI TANLOVI
Yevropa Ittifoqining ERASMUS+ «DSinGIS: Geoinformatika sohasida doktorantura» loyihasi doirasida doktorantlar (PhD), yosh olimlar va mustaqil tadqiqotchilar uchun mo’ljallangan stipendiya dasturiga tanlov e’lon qilindi.
Dasturning maqsadi – Geoinformatika orqali O’zbekistonda barqaror rivojlanishni qo’llab-quvvatlash, GIS dasturini tatbiq etish sohasida doimiy kasbiy rivojlanishni qo‘llab-quvvatlovchi yangi doktorlik dasturini, innovatsion doktorlik dasturlarini va usullarini ishlab chiqish, o‘zbekistonlik olimlar e’tiborini xalqaro tartib-qoidalarga asoslangan Geoaxborot tizimining ilmiy asoslarida doktorlik va tadqiqot ishiga qaratish hamda professor-o‘qituvchilar va doktorantlarni Geoinformatikaga qaratilgan xalqaro ilmiy-amaliy anjumanlarda ishtirok etishini ta’minlashdan iboratdir.
Mazkur grant 2 oyga mo’ljallangan bo’lib, nomzodlardan quyidagi hujjatlar talab etiladi:
- talabnoma beruvchining hamkor OTMda doktorant (PhD), yosh olim yoki mustaqil tadqiqotchi ekanligini tasdiqlovchi rasmiy hujjat (o’zbek tilida);
- Europass CV (ingliz tilida);
- Magistr diplomi va uning ilovasi nusxalari (ingliz va o’zbek tillarida);
- Mavzuga oid sertifikatlar va arizachining eng muhim uchtagacha ilmiy maqolalari (ingliz va o’zbek tillarida);
- Maqsadni ifodalovchi xat (Motivation letter, ingliz tilida);
- Tadqiqot davomida taklif qilingan tadbirlar jadvalini taqdim etadigan ishlarning qisqacha mazmuni (ingliz tilida);
- O'zbekistondagi hamkor OTMlarning yuqori malakali xodimlaridan birining tavsiyanomasi (ingliz tilida);
- Ingliz tili darajasini aniqlab beruvchi hujjat (TOEFL yoki IELTS); agar bunday hujjat mavjud bo'lmasa, til ko'nikmalarini Yevropa hamkor OTMlaridagi potensial rahbar onlayn intervyuda baholashi mumkin. Shundan so’ng, rahbar Qabul Komissiyasi raisiga murojaat etuvchining ingliz tili darajasini tasdiqlab beradi.
Nomzodlar quyidagi mavzular bo'yicha saralanib olinadi:
- Temporal variations of the gravity field due to major Earthquakes.
- Creating the scientific basis of cartographic ensuring of State water cadaster and managing the water resources by GIS technologies.
- Change detection in complicated hydromorphic landscapes with remote sensing.
- Using geo participation to assess urban green in terms of young people’s perception - by the example of Tashkent.
- Spatial Simulation of land-use change.
- Synthesis of observed historic and expected future climate changes.
- Impacts of climate change on crop production.
- Comparison and assessment of available land-cover and land-use maps.
- Determination of a precise geoid model for Uzbekistan.
- GIS methods for land use optimisation in irrigated agriculture area with ecological constraints.
- Specific maps in the city and improving the methodology of compiling the plan.
- Scientific bases of system mapping of the regions of Uzbekistan for the purposes of tourism (on the example of the Samarkand region).
- Time-series analysis of satellite imagery for monitoring grazing impact in a rangeland ecosystem.
- Use of GIS technologies to improve the management of irrigated land.
- Scientific justification of the geospatial systems, providing the state cadastral geoportal of the territories at the national level.
- Scientific justification of the creation methodology of the spatial data model of thematic sections of the state cadastre of buildings and structures.
- Creating of the concept on developing the ecological status of the territories.
- Improvement of Ameliorative Hydrogeological Monitoring of Irrigated Lands by GIS Technologies.
- Geomatic provision for extended mineral resources exploitation.
- GIS in historical studies of ancient land use in deltas of Central Asia rivers.
- Uzbek National Park Management: Identification of management opportunities and challenges and suggestions of measures based on the use of open data and VGI.
- Determination of surface deformation using InSAR.
- The impacts of climate change on water resources and agriculture in Central Asia.
- Synthesis of observed historic and expected future climate changes.
- Assessment of land-cover and land-use change.
- Integration of multispectral and LIDAR data for mapping urban environment.
- Object-based classification (OBIA) of urban land cover extraction using high spatial resolution imagery.
