The educated people of the Higher Educational System are also actively involved in the book -reading challenge, initiated by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoev. During the action, each leader presents books to the school where he studied.

On March 4-5, 2019 Samarkand state architecture and civil engineering institute held the competition among teachers and students devoted to 8^th of march - "Women’s Day", which was held on the basis of the department of professional education and training of employees at the Department of "Professional Education and Career".

On March 1, 2019, the initiative of the Council of the Samarkand State Architectural and Civil Engineering Institution of the Union of Youth of Uzbekistan organized a hasher action called "Together we are in great power". Activists of the second students’ hostel actively participated in the action, land areas were softened, tree branches were arranged, body parts were justified, volleyball and football fields were arranged.

Holiday Navruz is one of the ancient festivals of Persian-Tajik and Turkic people. This holiday is celebrated on March 21 and it is the spring equinox, and it means that day is equal to night. Historical sources point out that the period of the development of Navruz - from the earliest times to the ages, which continued until the emergence of "zoroastrianism". March 22 – Due to the celebration of the 625th anniversary of  great grandfather Mirzo Ulughbek Muhammad Taragay Samarkand regional and city municipality, representatives of public organizations  as well as higher educational institutions of the region laid wreaths on the foot of Mirzo Ulugbek monument.

On March 15 of the current year, on the initiative of the teacher of the Chair "Theory and History of Architecture", and the curator of the group 102 -Architecture B. Normurodova with the aim of full-fledged leisure of the students and development of internal tourism organized a visit across the city of Samarkand.
