The faculty was founded in 2012. Graduates of the faculty are: Regional Architecture and Construction Department, Department of Improvement, Department of Land Management and State Cadastre, State Unitary Enterprise for Land and Cadastre Service, Samarkand Branch of the Institute Uzdaverloyiha, Department of Professional Colleges, Regional Department of Real Estate Taxation, private enterprises for real estate assessment, construction and production organizations, planning and economic departments of design institutes, technical specialists You, senior specialists, department heads, can act as managers of an enterprise.
