Purposes and functions of the trade union The main goal of the trade union is the protection of labor, social, intellectual rights and interests of the trade union members, as well as enterprises, organizations, institutions (hereinafter referred to as enterprises).
To achieve these goals, strengthen the coordination, solidarity and cohesion of the network of trade union organizations, as well as of trade unions in general; Establishing the principles of social partnership in concluding network contracts and collective bargaining, organizing collective bargaining, monitoring their implementation; Introduction and improvement of the social justice system in terms of wages and labor; Compliance with labor laws and labor protection rules at enterprises, providing employees with all types of benefits and guarantees provided for by regulatory documents;
Organization of public consultations for trade union members in order to protect social and economic, labor, civil rights and professional interests, as well as cooperation with relevant government bodies in the exercise of their powers;
Implementation of public control over labor protection and the environment at enterprises and organizations, elimination of harmful and dangerous production factors at workplaces, creation of safe and safe working conditions and comfortable living conditions for workers; Ensuring the health and safety of recreational and recreational facilities for members of the Trade Union, promoting the health of their members, creating conditions for mass physical culture and sports;

Annual paid leave is granted taking into account the age and state of health:
Persons under the age of 18 - 30 calendar days; Disabled working in groups I and II - 30 calendar days; According to regulatory documents, taking into account the specifics and characteristics of the employees of the special forces unit and department 2, their work duties are 30 calendar days. The duration of annual (main and additional) leave, the procedure for their marking and payment, as well as the duration of service, which are the basis for the leave, shall be determined in accordance with the law.
(Articles 113-162 of the Labor Code) Vacations are calculated on a calendar day with a six-day working week. Weekends that are considered holidays and unpaid are not taken into account during the holiday period. When calculating holidays for an indefinite period, their duration is determined by multiplying the total number of holidays by twelve, and then by the number of full months. At the same time, ten days are equal to or exceed a calendar day, and fifteen calendar days will be deducted.
Professors-teachers are granted annual leave, as a rule, during the summer holidays. Graduate students and graduate students are usually granted extended baseline annual leave of 30 calendar days during the summer vacation period. Undergraduate and graduate studies include 30 calendar calendars per year, which extends the period of study. The main annual leave of graduate students and doctoral students is used every year. It is forbidden to transfer it to another, divide it into parts or accuse of any compensation. Trainee researchers are provided with a basic annual leave of 24 working days during the summer vacation period.
