Final rules

9.1. In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Institute meets the following: 
- failure to perform its duties; 
- Incomplete implementation of educational programs in educational process according to curriculum and schedule; 
- the life and health of the trainees and staff of the Institute during the educational process; 
- violation of rights and freedoms of trainees and employees of the Institute; 
- other actions envisaged by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. 
9.2. The institute can be reorganized or liquidated in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the basis of the procedure established by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan. 
9.3. Changes or additions to the Charter of the Institute are made on the basis of the Ministry's decree. 
9.4. This Charter is approved by the Council of the Institute.
