1. General Provisions

1.1 Samarkand State Architectural-Construction Institute, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, dated July 11, 1966, №367.

1.2The Samarkand State Architectural-Construction Institute (hereinafter referred to as the Institute) is part of the organizational structure of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan (hereinafter referred to as the Ministry). The institute is a state higher educational institution, engaged in the educational activities on the implementation of basic and additional educational programs of higher education, as well as in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, cultural, educational and scientific research and other activities and provides educational services.

 1.3. The institute in its activity is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Education", the National Program of Personnel Training, Resolutions of the Oliy Majlis, Decrees and Resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Resolutions and Orders of the Cabinet of Ministers , Normative-legal acts, orders and decisions of the Ministry, as well as the present Charter.

1.4 The institute is a legal entity. Has the property in operative management and is responsible for its property in accordance with its obligations, acquires property on its own behalf, undertakes property and non-property rights, obliges, to independent balance, to bank accounts and other accounts, including currency accounts, to the seal of the State Emblem of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the seal with its name, stamps and other has the requisites.
