IV. Preparation of educational, methodological, scientific and research works and training of young pedagogical personnel
4.1. The Institute carries out the following programs and programs of higher education and postgraduate education programs, additional education (retraining and advanced training):

In accordance with the requirements of the personnel of the Institute, the Ministry may order training in the new direction and specialties.
4.2. The Institute carries out two main educational programs: bachelor's and master's degrees.
Bachelor is a basic higher education with a basic and practical knowledge in the direction of education, with a duration of study less than 4 years.
Graduates of the undergraduate program are awarded a Bachelor's degree on the basis of state certification and are issued a state diploma.
Master's degree is a higher education with at least 2 years of undergraduate study, providing fundamental and applied knowledge in a particular area of the course.
Graduates of the Master's program are awarded a Master's degree on a particular specialty prepared on the basis of the state certification and are issued a state diploma.
The diploma of a bachelor and master degree diploma allows them to continue their professional activity or to continue their studies at the next stages of their education in accordance with the chosen direction and specialty.
Primary education in basic education programs at different stages of higher education is not considered as second higher education.
4.3. The organization of the educational process at the Institute is regulated by curricula and syllabuses developed and approved by a basic higher education institution, a schedule of annual study periods and schedule of studies approved by the rector of the institute.
Through the purposeful organization of the teaching process, by choosing educational forms, methods and tools, the Institute has created the necessary conditions for the students to master the basic vocational training programs of higher education should be provided.
The unity of the educational process is ensured by the state educational standards of higher education.
4.4. There are following types of training sessions: lectures, consultations, seminars, practical lessons, laboratory work, singing (in the arts related to practical performance), supervisory work, colloquium, independent work, internship, course project (course work), bachelor's degree and master's thesis.
A minimum academic time of 45 (or 40 minutes without interruption) is set for all classes of audiences. A break between training sessions will take at least 10 minutes.
Teaching and Learning Languages: Uzbek, Russian and English.
4.5. At the institute training of specialists is carried out separately.
The state educational standard used by the state agency "Uzstandard" is developed in the established order for all forms of education within the framework of the main vocational training program of higher education.
4.6. The academic year at the institute is divided into two semesters, and each of them is administered as a rating control.
Transferring the students from the course to the course is carried out by order of the rector on the recommendation of the dean of the faculty. Students can not be conditional on the course.

4.7. The Institute carries out scientific and methodological work aimed at improving the quality of training of specialists through advanced pedagogical and information technologies, individualization of education and independent learning tools, modular system and distance learning.
2) postgraduate education is a type of continuous education aimed at meeting the needs of society in highly skilled scientific and scientific-pedagogical staff.
a) senior research assistant - institute of higher education and scientific research institutions for the degree of Doctor of Science in scientific researches in order to thoroughly study the specialty and prepare and defend a doctoral dissertation form of postgraduate education in higher education institutions with high qualification of scientific and scientific-pedagogical cadres;
b) independent research - in-depth study of the specialty for the preparation and defense of the doctoral dissertation without distinction of production, and for the researchers of the scientific degree of the doctor of sciences on the scientific researches, the highest qualification in higher education institutions and research institutions postgraduate education in academic and scientific-pedagogical cadres;
senior researcher - a person who has been accepted to a higher educational institution or scientific research institute for the post of senior researcher-researcher;
Independent researcher - a person who has been accepted in a prescribed manner to a higher education institution or research institution independently.
4.8. Postgraduate education at the Institute is approved by the Resolution of the Presidium of the Higher Attestation Commission under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 20, 2012 № 189/1 and amended by Decree No. 192/8 of 30 October 2012 In accordance with the list of "Highly qualified scientific and scientific-pedagogical cadres", with the approval of the relevant ministry (department), the highly qualified scientific and scientific-pedagogical staff, through the Institute of Senior Researchers and Researchers, staff training.

Acquisition of postgraduate education The Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 24, 2012 N UP-4456 "On further improvement of the system of training and certification of scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel of the highest qualification" , Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan from December 28, 2012 of No. 365 "About measures on perfection of system of attestation of postgraduate education and highly qualified scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel" will be carried out accordingly.
4.9. The institute was established in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 28, 2012 "On Measures for Further Improvement of the System of Qualified Pedagogical Staffs and Provision of such Personnel of Secondary Specialized and Vocational Educational Institutions" In accordance with the Decree 1761, additional professional training programs are provided for the staff of the Pedagogical Personnel Retraining and Advanced Training Department at the Institute.
Improves the qualifications of teachers of secondary special and vocational education institutions in the following areas:
1. Construction of buildings and structures.
In the faculty of retraining and improvement of professional skill of the faculty the certificate of the state sample is issued according to the results of the study.
4.10. The Council of the Institute carries out research and creative work, attracting students and doctoral students, ensuring the quality of the work and the safety of works on thematic plans.
Scientific research is funded from the following sources:
- Funds of the state budget allocated for fund amental, applied and innovative research in the areas of science, technology and culture;
- sectoral ministries, departments, enterprises, associations and others on a contractual basis, including funds from foreign organizations.
