The main tasks of the Institute

2.1. The main objectives of the Institute are: 
- training competitive, highly qualified personnel in accordance with market economy requirements on the basis of modern pedagogical and information-communication technologies; 
- satisfaction of the needs of the person for intellectual, cultural and spiritual - moral development through acquisition of higher and postgraduate education; 
- The future of our Motherland, a comprehensively advanced and loyal individual, a citizen of an independent state, who is aware of his / her responsibility to his countrymen, people, society and family, respect national and universal values, to form a conscientious and honest worker; 
- Development of science through research and creative activity of scientific and pedagogical staff and students, use of results in educational and economic reforms; 
- Preparation, retraining and advanced training of specialists in higher education in the relevant fields of economy, scientific and pedagogical staff of secondary special and professional educational institutions; 
- conservation and enrichment of the society's moral, cultural and scientific values; 
- dissemination of knowledge among the population, raising its spiritual, educational and cultural level; 
- development of material and technical base of training and research based on the rational use of budgetary and extra-budgetary funds; 
- social protection of students and staff, financial assistance to them.
